About Our Coffee

Roasted in the Wisconsin Northwoods

Our coffee story began with Ron and Michelle Lovelien’s coffee house in Eau Claire, Wisconsin. They started roasting their own coffee during those early years in business and later opened The Outpost in the Northwoods.

Today, every bag is roasted in small batches at our shop in Trego, Wisconsin. We keep batches small on purpose, so the coffee you brew tastes the way the roaster intended: fresh and full-flavored.
